All new loyalty accounts automatically earn $5 that they can use during the first transaction. All other points can be redeemed for a future purchase and cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction.

Yes, all normally accrued loyalty points expire after 6 months. Occasionally, we have special offers which grant points that have a shorter redemption period.

We value our loyal customers and reward you for choosing Elevated Roots again and again. Your membership tier is based on your total purchases within the calendar year. Points expire on a rolling six month basis, giving you flexibility while helping you maintain your tier and rewards over time.
